All products sold by MJ Impex are pre-owned (used) medical equipment. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer returns, refunds, warranties, or guarantees after purchase.

Customers are encouraged to inspect and test the equipment before completing the purchase. We provide a checking warranty only, allowing customers to verify that the equipment is functioning as described at the time of delivery or collection.
